Gift Returns

To return a gift that you received from someone that was purchased at Forzieri.com simply follow the instructions below. Gifts can be returned within 28 days from delivery.

Forzieri cannot guarantee return acceptance for gifts that are returned without proper Forzieri authorization. Return Authorization must be obtained by carefully following the steps below.

PLEASE NOTE: The item must be returned in new and unused conditions, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Instructions:

1. Send us an e-mail indicating the reason of your Gift return and make sure to specify the name of the person under which the gift was purchased at Forzieri.com.
2. Forzieri will email you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions within four to six business days.
3. Follow the returning instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a Forzieri Gift Certificate by email or Product Exchange as soon as we receive your returned merchandise. The amount of the gift certificate will reflect the original purchase price, less the initial shipping fee. No direct refund can be applied to returned Gifts.
